10k Road Race and Fun
Runs
Sunday 13th June 2010
The 2010 races will take place on Sunday 13th June
The events will take
a similar format to 2009 with the fun runs in Arlebury Park preceding
the 10k
The
children's races will start at 0930 and the 10k will start at
1000
10k Postal
Entries must be received by 20th May
Please include an A5 Stamped Addressed Envelope with the correct postage

As
ever we're looking for volunteers to help us out processing entries,
timekeeping and marshalling the route - if you're interested do
please contact us
Last year we had invaluable help from Staff
and Students from Perins
School
This year we have support from Alton Sports
The Naked Grape have also agreed to donate the water again
If you would like to sponsor the event please contact us
The
event costs over 1500 pounds to stage. Everything we receive over and above this
figure goes to charity. Everyone involved gives their time
voluntarily.
Money raised from the 2009 event was split
equally between the End Polio campaign and our support for local
causes, including youth activities and the young sportsmen and women
from Perins school and the Sun Hill schools.
